LMX by Little Mix is “Designed to Empower. Designed for Self-Expression. For on duty Beauty. For off duty Cool. We’ve got you covered!”
I have been waiting for this since it was announced in July and kept checking their instagram and the boots website weekly to see if there was any more news about when the products would be launched. Finally we were told that the cosmetics range would be dropping online and in store in September.
Once it got to September I started to check every single day (obsessed much). I signed up to be notified once it was realised and when I got that email to say it had dropped online at 7 o’clock in the morning when I was getting ready for work, I quickly skimmed over the products and just chucked some things in my basket, £50 and approximately 8 minutes later I had bought 6 items.
LMX by Little Mix cosmetics are both Vegan and Cruelty free which is amazing, and they have been online at boots since Thursday 13th September but have dropped in stores today (Monday 17th September). I’m not sure if it’s the same in store, but online they are currently part of the Christmas 3 for 2 gifts.
So, moving on to what I actually bought.
- Shout Out To My Pout - Matte Lip & Liner Collection. £18.00
“Pucker up! Create a deliciously subtle nude lip with our range of Matte Lip Colours. Complete with Liners.”
This set comes with four lip colours and four matching lip liners. As you see the photo they are Rose Blush, One Kiss, Real Talk, In So Deep, Suede, Dear Lover, Plump Up & Perfect Pout. Haven’t been feeling great over the weekend so I haven’t had a proper chance to try them all in those couple of days. I have swatched them and I think Rose Blush & One Kiss will probably be my favourite and the one I wear most but they are all lovely nude shades.
- Had Me At Holo - Lip Kit. £10.00
“Team this chic nude matte lip with matching lip liner and make a statement with our holographic top coat.”
In this one you get two lip glosses and a lip liner. One matte lip gloss in the shade Cupid, a holographic one in the colour Laminate and the lip liner comes in the shade Hold Up. I haven’t had chance to try these as of yet because I think I’m going to take them back and exchange them for the Red ones as a lot of the ones I’ve bought are nude shades.
- Eyeconic - Luxe Eye Palette. £16.00

Seeing as though I haven’t actually worn make up in about two weeks because I have pregnancy dry skin around my eyes and make up seems to be affecting it I have only really had the chance to try these colours on my arm but I am super excited to get the use out of this palette once my dry skin is better and maybe I’ve got some energy to actually make the effort.
This palette has 16 shades with a variety of matte and shimmer, the colours as you look at them in the palette are:-

- Rock ’n’ Gold - Get The Look Palette. £14.00
“Create your ultimate Rock ’n’ Gold party look with some of our favourite shimmering shades.”
I’m excited to try this as its the only product I bought containing a highlighter. I love this little kit, its going to be so handy for any trips away. It comes with 4 eyeshadows - 3 of which are also in the eye conic palette, a highlighter, lip gloss and a liquid eye liner.
The lip gloss comes in the shade In So Deep, the eyeliner is black, the highlighter is in the shade Lightening and the 4 eyeshadows are Egyptian Cotton, Dusk, Obsessive and Ammunition. The only thing I will say about this is that it would have been handy if it had of had a mirror.
- Kween Keyring - Lip Gloss & Key Ring. £6.00
“For all our Kweens! Here’s a pop of colour to keep with you on the move.”
This one is for my boyfriends little girl as a stocking filler, she loves Little Mix and any kind of keyring, so hopefully she’ll be happy with this. The lip gloss is a nude colour and it looks like it’ll be pretty sheer so not too out there for an 8 year old.
- Merry Mixmas - Lucky Dip. £6.00

I haven’t actually opened this one either as it’s another stocking filler for my boyfriends little girl, so I’ve no idea what colours we have. All I know is that it contains a lip gloss and some glitter.
